  • 🍃If I Am the Medicine, then,

I am the Medicine for you, and you, and you, and you.

I shine like the sun, glow like the moon,

Shimmer like the sea, fly on the wind,

    And say, "I am here."

Who hears me, I am the Medicine for you.

Who does not hear me, I am the Medicine for you.

I am the Medicine for all who will benefit, without exception.

Like Buddha nature, I am one and all.

  • Body Wisdom and the Temple of DiVine Emergence

Our physical form has been present for all of our experiences from the moment of conception. So, even when the mind checks out, when the heart breaks and when spirit takes flight, our body remains to witness, to hold our experiences. This body of wisdom, this body temple is a rich repository that can support us in our journey. The body is also a powerful access point for healing. When we get present to the body, to our felt sense, we can release old patterns that might be keeping us tense, constricted, overwhelmed, tired, or habituated into ways that hold us back.

Take a moment to notice your felt sense, your body – what are the sensations? Where are you constricted? Where are you open? Where do you flow? Where are you stuck? Just notice. When we take the moment to notice, we are getting present to the moment. Let your body wisdom guide you. It will let you know if you take but a bit of time to listen.

  • Dreams

Nectar nourishes and golden drops teach me.

My mind floats away and my heart opens.

Boundless space contains nothing and everything –

a conundrum I stopped trying to reconcile.

Now, I dream the sky that goes on forever,

the love that never dies, knowing all is just as it is and as it should be.
